Fox sleeps up to 16 across 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Each home has its own entrance, kitchen and patios. The two sit on the same piece of land backing National Forest, designed together by the same architect so the property reads as one place.
Fox features a full kitchen and Kit has a kitchenette. Fox hasa Wolf gas range and oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, toaster and dishwasher. Kit has a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, Wolf speed oven, toaster and dishwasher. Both homes have cooking basics, utensils, dishes and glassware for a total of 16 people.
Every tap in both homes runs filtered. Drink from the kitchen, fill a bottle before a hike, brush your teeth without thinking about it. Instant hot at the kitchen sinks for tea or a quick rinse.
A JURA Z10 automatic espresso machine with cold brew in each home, stocked with Freeform Coffee Roasters beans from down the road. French press and hot water kettle on standby.
The lighting throughout both homes is tuned to the time of day to match the lighting temperature outside, helping your circadian rhythm and sensitive eyes. Every light is dimmable.
Fresh filtered air into every room, heated or cooled. High-performance Rockwool insulation keeps the temperature steady and the rooms quiet.

5 bathrooms total. 3 ensuite bathrooms attached to the king suites, plus 2 additional bathrooms serving the queen room and bunk rooms. Walk in showers throughout, with one suite featuring a luxurious soaking tub and another opening directly to the outdoors. Bathrooms come with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and plenty of high end towels. Robes are also available.
