We stayed at The Kit for a few days over spring break and it was an exceptional experience. The location is outstanding, with incredible views from both the front and back of the house. Morning coffee on the patio quickly became a favorite. Even with warmer weather, the home stayed consistently cool, which speaks to how thoughtfully it was designed. What really sets this place apart is the design and functionality. Everything feels intentional and intuitive. The lighting system is especially impressive, adjusting throughout the day in a way that naturally complements your rhythm. It creates a very calm, elevated environment.We loved cooking breakfast in the kitchen, relaxing as a family, and watching movies together in the evenings. The beds were extremely comfortable, and every detail of the home felt well considered. Overall, this is a true design-forward stay that fits perfectly with the Sedona landscape. It elevated the entire trip for us. This was our first time in Sedona and we are already planning a return. When we do, we would absolutely stay here again.
All I can say is Wow! This home was spectacular and beautifully designed to just soak in the beautiful red rocks on both sides of property. Upper floor which is the kitchen and living area is a massive open floor plan great for entertaining which also opens up to the front deck and back for rear deck. Both sides of space lets you enjoy sunrises along with sunset on back which is jaw dropping. Highly recommend the space and if and when we come to Sedona I would rent this again in a heart beat.

It’s the kind of place where you find yourself pausing often, just to take it all in. Claire was also a fantastic host - responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay, which made everything feel seamless from start to finish. This is truly a stay I’ll never forget.

The Kit Guesthouse is an exceptional retreat for anyone visiting Sedona in search of tranquility and connection with nature. The space is thoughtfully designed and well equipped for both relaxation and outdoor adventures. Claire was a highly attentive and responsive host throughout the stay. I would strongly recommend the Guesthouse and would gladly return.
Fox was a great stay for a friend’s birthday. Having two en-suite kind bedrooms was great for the two couples, and the bunk room was perfect for the two teenage boys. Multiple outdoor lounge areas gave the adults a place and the kids a place to be in the evenings. Sunrise and sunset views were amazing as well. Great home for a few families to share or a shared event.
Brand new property minutes from downtown Sedona. Beautiful location, immaculate property. Fit our two adults and two kids comfortably. Kids loved watching the Javelinas walk through the property in the mornings. Located in a residential neighborhood but designed to be completely private. Would definitely rent again!

The home was designed by a well-known Arizona architect and feels like a showcase of exceptional design, innovation & thoughtful use of modern technology. The rusted steel exterior blends beautifully with Sedona’s natural landscape and complements the red rock surroundings perfectly. Every element of the home feels intentional and carefully designed. The property itself feels like a magical compound. The fire pit area & outdoor dining is a highlight. The primary suite is unforgettable. The master tub is fantastic & the bed is positioned in a way that almost feels like it’s floating above the red rock The quality of construction is exceptional, & you can see the craftsmanship in every well-thought-out detail. This is the kind of destination you arrive at & immediately realize you don’t want to leave.

The architect and builder created a true modernist gem that evokes the timeless spirit of Palm Springs modernism and the iconic residential photography of mid-century masters. Both buildings feature expansive, semi-enclosed outdoor living spaces that feel like beautifully crafted “outdoor rooms,” complete with inviting fire pits and thoughtful details throughout. It’s easy to imagine slow mornings with local coffee at sunrise and peaceful evenings watching the colors change at sunset. It’s inspiring to finally see elevated, design-forward architecture brought to Sedona in a way that guests can truly experience.
