Fox is the main house. Kit is the guest house. Book one or both.

Each home stands on its own. Book Fox for up to 10 guests or Kit for up to 6. Need more room? Reserve both and sleep 16 across the property. No check-in desk. No parking lot buzz. No busy road outside your windows. Two homes on a quiet hillside, built to give you space to connect and room to breathe.

FOX: THE MAIN HOUSE. SLEEPS 10.

Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a chef's kitchen built for gathering. Expansive glass walls open onto covered patios for morning coffee and shaded afternoons. An indoor fireplace anchors the great room.

Step outside to two fire pits, one facing sunrise, the other sunset. A private 10-person hot tub sits under open sky with views that stretch to the horizon. Two king suites open to private patios. A queen bedroom and bunk room (sleeps 4) share an ensuite. Gear storage for bikes and adventure equipment. Covered parking plus overflow space for extra vehicles.

Fox is ideal for big families, friend groups, or two families traveling together..

KIT: THE GUEST HOUSE. SLEEPS 6.

Two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchenette with a built-in dining nook. A cozy living area with fireplace opens to a large covered patio and fire pit facing the red rocks. One king suite with a private patio towards the national forest. The bunk room sleeps four.

Kit sits lower on the hillside with its own 2-car garage and gear storage. A short gravel path leads to the entry, giving you space to decompress before you arrive.

Kit is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small familes.
